The rooms at Ox Hotel are absolutely amazing! They have that perfect balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I felt so cozy and relaxed in the room, like I was at a countryside retreat. The private bathroom was clean and stocked with everything I needed. It was such a delightful experience!

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the shower. But hey, that's just my opinion.

We had a great 3-day stay at Ox. The staff were excellent, the food in the restaurant was stunning , and the parking was convenient and safe. The room was lovely, with modern and bright décor. The powerful showers were a nice touch. Everything was extremely clean, and the quality of both the rooms and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. The location made it easy to explore the Black Forest and the charming town of Colmar in France.

The room was rather big, clean, and well-designed. Breakfast was inclusive and the staff attempted to accommodate requests. An added bonus was the lovely scenery outside the windows.

One of the major flaws was that the restroom design was not optimal, decreasing privacy and could lead to awkward situations. the customer service could have been more cheerful and welcoming to create an atmosphere that supports relaxation and rejuvenation.
